- Manage construction activities and progress independently
- Able to understand structural drawing sepecifications and requirements
- To oversee project team, coordinates with maincon, sub-constrator and work
- Plan schedule, expedite progess and to solve late schedule
- Responsible for machinery and materials planning on site
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
