Job brief
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on projects to be delivered to our clients for the Telecommunication Radio / CCTV system installation pre/post-construction phase.
Key responsibilities include establishing clear objectives and deliverables, maintaining project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Reporting to the Sales or Project Director, you will the on-site leader of the project.
Responsibilities
· Establishing clear objectives and deliverables for each project to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Overall management and coordination of the project
· Serve as a single point of contact in coordination with and consultation with the Customer’s Representative
· Be accountable to the Customer as the Contractor’s agent, for all aspects of the design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services of the System.
· Co-ordinate project activities with the Customer, existing vendors, and other parties as indicated by the Customer
· Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule
· Take stock and track documentation, hardware, and software supplied for the delivery of systems and services
· Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans, and schedules

Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree. (any technical field of study)
· Project Management certification (PMP), is preferred
· At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to take initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and superior customer service skills to work effectively with both internal and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively handle stressful situations.
