Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities – activity concept construction, coordination and supervision of on the ground executions, and marketing expenses management to be within A&P budget. Ultimate objective of Marketing Executive role is to ensure all consumer engagement activities are executed as according to brand guidelines and marketing calendar, so overall business objectives can be met.
1. Induce Trial Activities in Events
- Develop event calendar and manage monthly event scorecard.
- Lead-end-to-end event management includes agency brief to ensure excellent execution as according to brand guidelines.
- Track trial activities results and analysis for continuous improvements.
- Work with retailers to ensure top notch support to drive customers and sales to event.
2. Oversee Communication Materials Execution and Sampling Activities
- Ensure POSM is produced & installed according to brand guidelines and on schedule as per global deployment.
- Provide execution tracker and report.
- Ensure quality of each design proposed by agency meets brand equity standard.
- Manage sampling activities by ensuring Welcome Gift availability, allocation and usage.
3. Traffic Generation Activities, focusing on Key Consumption Period – Thematic Event
- Leverage moment to drive traffic and improve in the store.
- Brainstorm tactical and long-term programs to increase traffic to counters, translating into SK-II new users.
- Constantly track New User result per month
- Monthly submission of New User target to field team and report to principal.
- Provide assistance to Senior Brand Manager on any other marketing activities related matters and supervising offline and online marketing campaigns.
- Minimum university graduate degree - preferably in Marketing or Business discipline
- Analytical, numerically strong, meticulous and organized with a flair / passion for beauty or FMCG products
- A team player that thrives in a fast-paced competitive business environment
- Possess good interpersonal skills and are able to build strong rapport with key stakeholders
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of the English language
