About the role - Sales Development Associate

The Sales Development Associate shall:
· Identify and qualify opportunities for revenue generation;
· Strategise and formulate the approach for potential clients;
· Be the first contact, last contact, and everything in-between for all business leads;
· Stay on track with the ERP & CRM and keep the rest of the stakeholders apprised with fresh updates;
· Upkeep their knowledge in the various product specifications and maintain diligence with compliance requirements;
· Attend networking events and build relationships in the industry; and
· Output useful reports of sales efforts on a periodic basis.
About the role’s requirements
The candidate is expected to, at minimum:
· Have completed tertiary education or possess 2 years of equivalent professional experience in a sales-driven environment;
· Be proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills;
· Preferably also be conversationally proficient in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia (in line with our products’ target clientele);
· Possess competent skills in chat & email composition and CRM software usage;
· Have competent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies;
· Be able to problem-solve and negotiate without causing offence; and
· Must be Singaporean or PR
· Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowances
