Job scope
• Coordinate and conduct screening interviews and handle company new hires and its related matters.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences of business
• Schedule and confirm appointments and business meetings
• Administrative duties and Other ad-hoc duties
• Manage and organize events
Job Requirements
• Minimum academic qualifications of a full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
• PC literate
• Independent and self-motivated
• Forward looking, sound organizational and planning skills
• Result–oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result/Target-oriented.
