Reporting to CEO, the Corporate Secretariat's main duties are:
· Preparation of board/ board committee agendas
· Preparation for, organisation and conduct of board /board committee meetings, including recording of minutes of meetings
· Attending to queries from board members
· Ensuring compliance with all company secretariat statutory (including licences) requirements:
o Annual submission of each year of donation records by IPC Link.
o Renew of IPC licence
o Annual Return submission to the Registrar of Society (after AGM).
o Annual submission to IRAS for Tax exempts status.
· Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory forms/returns with the respective government agencies.
· Organisational data analytics in support of strategy and decision-making.
· Own and maintain organisation’s metrics dashboarding, in line with support of Management and Council
· Any other work may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
· Holder of CSIS or equivalent certification or currently pursuing CSIS courses.
· Relevant corporate secretarial experience in law firms and/or corporate secretarial firms are preferred but not compulsory.
· Proficient in both spoken and written English.
· An organized and detail-oriented person, motivated by multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines.
· A team player with positive work attitude, and with good interpersonal and writing skills.
