We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing creative analysis methodologies to enhance the company's products. You will leverage pre-trained models, such as LLMs and Transformers, while also building and maintaining proprietary models tailored to specific use cases. Your responsibilities will span from model exploration and selection to post-processing outputs and collaboration with the data engineering team. Additionally, you will evaluate and build capabilities for custom data labeling to support computer vision and NLP work and define statistical methodologies for analyzing advertising success metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Methodology Development:
- Own the development of creative analysis methodologies to enhance the company's products.
- Leverage pre-trained models, including LLMs and Transformers, and build/maintain proprietary models based on use cases.
- Model Exploration and Selection:
- Explore and compare available models, staying updated on the latest trends in the field.
- Select models best suited for the company's products and objectives.
- Data Processing:
- Post-process model outputs into user-friendly data points for the company's team.
- Collaborate with data engineers to develop steps, layer models, and incorporate data processing tasks.
- Custom Data Labeling:
- Evaluate the need for and build capabilities for custom data labeling to support computer vision and NLP work.
- Statistical Methodologies:
- Define statistical methodologies to analyze advertising success metrics and provide insights.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field, particularly in LLMs and Transformers, to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration:
- Align creative hypotheses with the creative team and devise data proxies and methods to test and capture complex, holistic signals.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience range 6-10 years
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a creative and dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging pre-trained models (LLMs, Transformers) and building proprietary models.
- Experience with data processing, model post-processing, and collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Familiarity with custom data labeling for computer vision and NLP applications.
- Solid understanding of statistical methodologies, especially in the context of advertising success metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging trends in data science.
