- Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements
- Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
- Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response
- Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
- Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost
- Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback
- Degree recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board
