- Deliver technical troubleshooting support to customers regarding alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.
- To ensure the timely monitoring and response to alarm signals in accordance with service level targets.
Requirements:
- Nitec and above
- At least 1 year of experience in Call Center environment
- Able to perform rotating 12-hours shift work, 4 days a week and readily responsive for immediate overtime availability during emergency situations.
