Job Description
You will provide quality and personalized one-stop information service for the Hospital. This includes handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat, as well as other online platforms.
Requirements
· GCE ‘N’ Level / GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience or NITEC in Service Skills preferably
· Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous
· Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
