Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Managing Director and HR Manager.
- Administer the Payroll system including banking of salary of staffs
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for all levels of staff
- Involved in the entire employee lifecycle - onboarding, induction to exit interviews.
- Process Work Pass Application / Renewal : Work Permits, SPASS, PLOC / LOC and EP.
- Processing payroll for all employees and involved in the submission of CPF
- Handling of NS , Maternity/Paternity and Child Care claims
- Ensure accuracy in maintaining employee database and P-file
- Yearly IR8A submission and IR21 submission for resigned foreign workers
- Handle employee grieviences and issues
- Provide secretary duties to the top management, administration of the payroll, performing the Human Resources and Purchasing functions.
- Monitoring daily attendance for Gateway, Keypoint and Warehouse, printing the monthly overtime sheet
- Coordinate training courses of new staff if needed, from warehouse to office staffs.
- Planning and coordinate of company events and medical assessments
- Supervise office housekeeper / general workers on daily franking of mails and monthly update.
Requirements
- Min O Levels / NITEC / Diploma in Human Resource
- Must have min 2 years’ experience in payroll and HR related
- Familiar with Sage EasyPay software highly advantageous
- Proactive in Teams Meeting and discussions
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight datelines
- Meticulous and possess good communication skills to interact with staff from all levels
- A reliable team player with excellent communication skills
- Customer Service oriented
