Responsibilities:
• Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including proper filing of documents
• Assisting with the process of recruitment such as, screening candidates, assist with scheduling interview, and issuing employment contracts
• Handle benefits and claims administration
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
• Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma holder
• Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.
