We are hiring a general manager for our group of restaurants
Requirements:
-At least 10 years experience in Fnb Industry
-At least 5 years of experience in a General Manager capacity
-Experience with pre - opening is a must
-Experience negotiating trade deals with beverage and food suppliers
-Fluent in English
-Competent in Microsoft office including excel
-Experience in managing multiple outlets
-Able to work with management to come up with strategies to meet KPI
-Experience in overseas expansion is a plus
-Able to relocate if required
-Able to work with key industry stakeholders to negotiate for agreements inline with company KPI
-Track record of strategizing, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns
-Experience working with chefs in the industry for collborations and pop up events
