1-month Completion Bonus
- Working closely with PMs as this role needs emphasis on managing a portfolio of smaller vendors, driving relationships, and exploring various demand creation activities that drives their partner engagement with business growth as top priority.
- Assist in general end-to-end marketing community campaign conceptualization and execution, including social media and e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for managing his/her own via Marketing services, or packages creating demand and value for SG Marketing services.
- Assist in creating brand/promotion content and assets from conceptualization, simple copywriting, coordinating with design team for artworks/graphics to occasionally shooting own photography to post, creating motion graphics or short videos, creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our target audience.
- Drive community roadshows around a broader set of topics, pertinent to the business under the brand and voice. Example: Roadshows or AI. Clearing necessary compliance requirements based on funding provided.
- Think small scale events - packing vendor content and conceptualizing a compelling flow with basic storytelling, working with creative team keeping efforts brand compliant, co-ordination necessary event workshop set ups, including content, AV, F&B, premiums, and incentives working with existing suppliers, registrations, and eventual attendance, POE and post event communications, and all financial aspects of running an effective event.
- Facilitate the incentive programs for partners lending a hand with maintaining data on incentives and points, working with the program manager.
- Onboarding new partners, suppliers, as applies with standard contractual agreements signed between both parties.
- Building up our social account presence with assets including posting, sharing, engaging, and increasing digital marketing engagement
- Plan and manage content calendars, day-to-day management of social account, active monitoring and responding to comments/enquiries.
- Provide administrative and marketing support as required from time to time.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Be proactive in planning, and lead with some critical thinking, and follow through the various commitments.
- Guidance working especially with vendors shall be provided.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good design flair and is creative. We encourage out of the box thinking.
- Collaborative and communicate the various dependencies, especially seeking guidance from the Marketing executives on current best practices. And or stakeholders related to the campaign elements. Example: BI team for partner data segmentation or the creative team.
- Basic knowledge of Eloqua is important for communication elements is a plus.
- Possess good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Knowledge in photography, videography and video editing tools is a plus
