Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Engineering sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Officer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the organization/coordination of shipments
- Regularly place and receive orders for components and parts
- Oversee/Maintain the current stock levels of components and parts
- Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders
- Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotations
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Min 1 year of relevant logistics working experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
