Senior Digital Transformation Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data related to business operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business transformation initiatives
- Work closely with senior leadership to align transformation projects with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives, ensuring successful and timely project delivery.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that support business transformation objectives.
- Create detailed documentation of existing business processes, including workflows, system interactions, and KPI
- Develop comprehensive process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years+ of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
- Experience in leading successful business transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with change management principles
- Proficient in using project management tools, data analytics software, and other relevant technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable.
