Responsibilities:
- Working in collaboration with the dealer principal on new strategies and business plans.
- Continually monitoring, testing, revising, and updating marketing campaigns for Sales and Aftersales.
- Analyzing short and long-term campaigns, translating quantitative or qualitative data into recommendations, and developing plans for new and revised campaigns.
- Defining cooperation partners to work with (e.g. events, product placement.)
- In-charge of all Point-of-Sale materials and showroom assets through monitoring and ordering from the dealer principal.
- Asset deliverable management, as well as the testing of all SMS and emails, among other multi-channel communications.
- Manages and drive customer data quality, and compliance with Personal Data Protection Act.
- Formulates and oversees 360 customer life cycle and touchpoints, including retention, loyalty, and advocacy marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with sales, aftersales, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
- Conduct post-campaign analytics for the purpose of realizing recommendations for future CRM campaigns.
- Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.
- Monitoring and analyzing Principal led surveys received from Sales/Aftersales customers.
- Managing, evaluating, and developing marketing executive as a direct report.
- Any other jobs that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess substantial knowledge in marketing and CRM segmentation, demonstrates premium and luxury mindset.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, financial and strategy planning, good communication
skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, attention to details and a process-focused aptitude that will effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables. - Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
