Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Sales person. The Business Development and Sales person will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing customer service, and communicating with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills and market research experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and partners
- Proven ability to generate and close leads
- Effective customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Knowledge of smart building technologies is a plus
