The title holder will manage ACMV/HVAC retrofit project works locally. He/She will report directly to the project manager based in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project manager in monitoring and implementing overall project.
- Liaise with customer on project delivery details and coordinate installation schedules.
- Plan and manage overall project deliverables in a timely basis.
- Perform inspection on incoming materials received at site.
- Manage subcontractors work schedule, inspect work quality against contracted expectations.
- Check for defects in work and work with contractors to rectify defect list promptly.
- Verify progress claims against work delivered.
- Test and commission system as required.
- Upkeep level of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any feedbacks/complaints.
- Prepare OMM and drawings for hand over to customer.
- Prepare risk assessment, method of work and complete necessary permits applications.
- Attend regular update meetings with customer.
- Conduct energy audits for project sites
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines
- Flexible, analytical and efficient in problem solving
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Able to work independently within a team environment
- 3-5 years of working experience in project management or related field
- ACMV/HVAC knowledge is advantageous
