About the job
Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager would be to act as the single point of contact and spearhead all M&E projects from initial to completion. You will need to manage stakeholder’s requirements and prepare briefs, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for all budget & financial matters, create timely reports on the progress of projects and attending on-site inspections.
Skills and experience required
You will need to have min degree in Mechanical Engineering/EE/equivalent qualifications. Other requirements are as follow:
- Min 7 years of experience in managing construction projects/commercial buildings/retail malls.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing a team.
