Job description:
Main responsibilities include but not limited to following:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Carry out receptionist duties and attend to guests
- Liaising and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of office stationery and pantry supplies
- Manage local/overseas couriers, incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain good working relationship with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Upkeep of reception desk, meeting rooms, pantry and printing areas to ensure cleanliness for usage by staff
- Perform HR tasks when required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level/ Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
