JAPAN RAIL CAFE is looking for an Assistant Manager to help a Store Manager to direct the operations team.

Job Responsibilities
- Customer service (communication, serving, cleaning)
- Drink preparation
- Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
- Supporting the manager with staff training
- Supporting the manager in preparing work schedules
- Supporting the manager with KPI management
- Supporting the manager with food & logistical orders
Job Requirements
(Must)
- F&B operation experience
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Have a cheerful mind and good sense of hospitality
- Be a team-player who can readily handle a fast-paced working environment
(Good to Have)
- Prior management experience in Kitchen and/or F&B Operations
- Knowledge and experience in cooking/developing Japanese-style cuisine
