Job Description:
You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shop and providing outstanding service to our valued customers. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including customer interaction, food preparation, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the serving and dining areas.
- Restock food items, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety and health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and giving change.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
