Job Description
· Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
· Attending to customer and supervise/planning manpower and sub contractor for the preventive and maintenance work
· Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, trouble-shooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS (Distributed Control System)/PLC/SCADA system with the objective pf reducing overall building energy consumption
· Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
Requirement
· Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
· Min 1 year experience up with BMS(building management system/building automation / PLC(programmable logic control) / HVAC (heating, ventilation n air-conditioning system)
· Understand AutoCAD and electrical drawing
