What you will do:
As Sales Executive, you will be handling Spare Parts sales and related administrative duties.
How you will do it:
- Response to all enquiries related to Sales Order
- Issue and follow up on Quotations, Sales Orders
- Process spare parts orders until completion
- Liaise with internal Departments to ensure proper processing up to closure of each Sales Order
- Ensure proper documentations are kept and follow up on Account Receivables
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Issue Purchase Requisition Forms to Purchasing Team
- Work closely with internal stakeholder (Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse, Finance Controls)
- Liaise with Factories / Vendors regarding product enquiries, warranty issues
- Contact customers to follow up on Accounts Receivables
What we look for:
- Diploma / Degree
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales co-ordination work
- A good team-player
- Possess Initiative and can work independently
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Open for fresh graduates
- Microsoft office
