• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, facilitating
interviews, reference checks, employment offer and negotiation of salary package
• Review manpower requirements with the Hiring Manager and develop recruitment strategies to
improve hiring process
• Responsible for work pass application and renewal
• Prepare Recruitment Status reports in Excel for Management reporting
• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary issues
• General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
• Maintain & updating HRIS
• Responsible for hotel reservation & booking of air-ticket including visa applications
• Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required
REQUIREMENTS:
● Diploma or Degree in Business Management, HR or equivalent
● At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
● Experience in recruitment will be a great advantage
● Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
● Well-versed of local Employment Act and prevailing HR practices
