CoGri Works Manager is responsible for day to day operations and ensuring work is on time and of the right quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage and Coordinate of Labour and Equipment
- Defining clear roles and responsibilities and deliverables requirements in terms of both scope and schedule of Works Team
- Coordinating and supervising Works Team
2. Maintain high quality standards
- Maintaining high standards of quality control procedures
- Monitoring productivity and schedule performance
3. Manage Materials usage
- Reviewing progress and liaising with Project Manager to monitor costs
- Ensuring documents are filled drawn up and submit accordingly
4. Project compliance and reporting
- Ensuring contractual specifications and requirements are met
- Preparing Works daily reports, records and drawings
- Ensuring proper approval and documentation of changes to work scope
5. Ensure site safety
- Implementing safe work procedures
- Carrying out safety inspections
- Adhering to Company safety standards
- Promoting safety culture among Works team
