Job Scope
Assist HOD Corporate Services to develop and conduct the company’s communications and marketing programmes, fundraising events and campaigns, donors relations and outreach activities with community partners.
Main Job Role:
- Communications and Marketing Development (internal and external stakeholders)
- Relationship and Partnership Development (donors, fundraising activities)
- Collaboration with Community Partners for branding and outreach activities
Duties and responsibilities include:
A. Communications and Marketing Plan
- Execute the annual communications and marketing plan
- Design and execute the content for the company’s marketing collaterals (newsletter, annual reports, flyers, campaign posters, etc)
- Design and execute online digital fundraising campaigns, programme brochures, press releases, direct mailers, sponsorship letters
- Assist the programmes team to produce original content and continue building up our internal record of community based stories by interviewing individuals and corporates and partners
- Pitch stories with various media platforms, traditional & digital for branding purposes
- Monitor and update key digital marketing tools like SEO, Google Analytics for review and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Co-work with target brand ambassadors to promote company’s brand on social media platforms
- Liaise and work with third parties graphic designers, web designers, digital agencies if needed
B Relationship Partnership Development
- Develop and implement the company fundraising events and campaigns at targeted audience
- Develop and implement fundraising and engagement activities to meet company’s objectives
- Maintain key donor accounts (new and existing) using the Donor Management System for donor segmentation and donor lifecycle
- Identify and develop new partnerships in fundraising and donors relationship
- Provide data analyses of donations, fundraising activities and engagement outcomes for review and planning purposes
Technical Competencies:
- Diploma in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- 1-2 years related work experience in Marketing or Sales or Journalism
- Experience in fundraising or donor management in the charity sector is advantageous.
