Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to discuss mature solutions, cases, and product performance of Ascend. Design and implement customized solutions based on specific requirements, and advocate for high-value competitiveness requirements for the platform. Incubate joint solutions with ISVs across diverse industry application scenarios, leveraging Ascend's competitive strengths.
- Collaborate with Huawei partners to train and optimize PyTorch/MindSpore/TensorFlow models on the Atlas hardware platform, enhancing the performance and precision of model adaptation to Ascend.
- Devote efforts to the development and optimization of AI frameworks and model adaptation. Collaborate with partners in designing, building, migrating, and adapting AI solutions to ensure high-quality project delivery, thereby enhancing product efficiency and user experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in deep learning, applying emerging technologies and methodologies to ongoing projects.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in computer/electronic communications or related fields.
- Demonstrate proficiency in more than one development language, such as Python, C++, and Java. Familiarity with open source tools or platforms in the AI field is essential.
- Showcase experience in AI, big data, and cloud computing, with the ability to design and implement AI industry projects.
- Business Skills:
- Possess foundational AI knowledge in areas such as deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. Be familiar with at least one mainstream AI computing framework.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in developing or utilizing AI chips, operators, AI frameworks, and AI cloud platforms.
- Preferred experience in designing and implementing industry application solutions and model optimization.
- Demonstrate adaptability for domestic business trips, partner communication, and activity support.
- Exhibit clear logical thinking, proactiveness, responsibility, strong team communication, and collaboration skills. Able to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds to solve complex technical problems.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and an active pursuit of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and deep learning.
