The ideal candidate is a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual who has experience within both multinationals and the startup ecosystem alike. The successful candidate shall join our team in building impactful companies towards environmental sustainability in a fast-moving environment.
The candidate will:
- Scout for and recruit founders and early-stage startups globally to be admitted into our programmes in Singapore, using the most efficient recruiting tools and processes.
- Support the operations, finance, and HR functions.
- Have a dual-reporting line to both the Programme Director and the Commercial Director.
