Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing both human resources and administrative functions. This dual role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, and ensuring a positive work environment for our team.
The duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and update job descriptions.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
2. Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and mediate conflicts.
Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
3. Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
Address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
Facilitate employee development initiatives.
5. HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll and documentation.
6. Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
7. Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with management on organizational development initiatives.
Administration:
1. Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment.
2. Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
3. Communication and Correspondence:
Manage internal and external communication channels.
Handle official correspondence and documentation.
4. Event Coordination:
Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
5. IT Support Coordination:
Collaborate with IT support to address technology-related needs.
Ensure the availability and functionality of IT systems.
Job Requirements:
1 - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - Experience in a managerial or leadership role.
3 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4 - In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
5 - Proficient in office administration and organizational management.
6 - Demonstrated leadership abilities.
7 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8 - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
