Job Description & Requirements
- Your main responsibility is to lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including:
- Develop marketing campaign ideas, objectives, budgets, and execution calendar.
- Conduct brand building activities such as events, PR, and social media.
- Maintain constant brand presence across all key channels and consumer touch points.
- Track and monitor brand and competitor activities and performance metrics.
- Track and monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Develop and manage brand and marketing assets.
- Manage external relationships with freelancers and other creative support.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organisation and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
- Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.
- Strong project management skills
- 6 days working/ week
- Able to work at the weekend and public holiday
