The role requires the incumbent to handle the full cycle of the talent acquisition process, enhancing recruitment policies, and ensuring the implementation of robust hiring practices. This contract position, designed to fill a maternity leave vacancy, demands a proactive, knowledgeable, and resourceful individual capable of navigating international labor legislation and contributing to the company's employment branding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from policy enhancement to execution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in hiring diverse talent.
  • Recruitment Policy and Planning: Review and propose improvements to recruitment policies, workflows, and hiring plans, incorporating market intelligence and best practices.
  • Employment Branding: Engage in initiatives to strengthen the company's employer brand, attracting top candidates from various regions.
  • Salary and Benefits Compliance: Oversee the offer process, ensuring internal and external pay equity.
  • Job Descriptions Maintenance: Update and maintain a comprehensive job descriptions database.
  • International Recruitment Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for all hiring activities across international locations, managing pre-onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and execute reports for management on hiring metrics and achievements, facilitating recruitment strategy meetings with global team members.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for candidates with international hiring exposure and background in Manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. The candidate should be outgoing, adaptable, able to handle pressure, perform multitasking with accuracy, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment and onboarding process.
