Responsibility
- Achieve growth and hit sales target.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Collaboration with other company departments, such as marketing, business operation or finance, to offer customer support.
- Generating reports and data for sales analysis.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum Diploma in business administration, marketing, or relevant qualification.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and influence both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- A strong commercial sense and desire to grow and expand the company’s business.
- Proactive approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude to take ownership and resolve issues.
- Highly collaborative and a team player.
