Are you ready to drive your career forward in the driving world of transportation? Our company is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Vehicle Servicing Workshop and play an important role in our ongoing success.
5.5 days’ work week
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Saturdays: 8:30AM to 12:30PM
Work location: Bartley Biz Centre, 17 Kaki Bukit Road 4 #01-58/59/60/61/62 Singapore 417809
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assist and support in day-to-day workshop operations
Issue job orders, handle inventory, and manage supplier invoices
Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners
Prepare and issue quotations, manage invoicing, and ensure timely payment collection from customers
Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum a full GCE “O”/”A” level certificate
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a vehicle servicing workshop within the automotive industry
Proficiency in data entry and in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
