Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Sales Support by engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to present technical demonstrations, proposals, and product presentations.
3. Identify potential products that meet customer needs and contribute to the expansion of the Company’s product portfolio.
4. Work closely with customers to understand their applications and recommend suitable products.
5. Research and identify relevant suppliers or brands that align with our product strategy.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct joint visits.
7. Travel within the designated region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and develop a strong regional presence.
8. Provide on-site technical support and training as needed.
9. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales revenue and achieve targets.
10. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
b. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical sales support.
c. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
d. Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
e. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
f. Possess a valid driving license
g. Willingness to travel within the region.
