Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Providing guidance on the hiring process.
- Coordinating interviews for both helpers and employers.
- Cultivating exceptional relationships with employers and helpers alike.
- Conducting follow-ups for after-sales service and offering counseling as needed.
Job Requirements
- Holds CEI (Basic) or is open to undertaking the course.
- Prior experience in an employment agency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian or Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
About the Job
- Operates on a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm).
- Offers a monthly salary plus commission.
- Location: Katong, East Coast.
