Position: Assistant/Executive, Shipping (NVO)
about the company:
my client is a major global container shipping company, operates a modern and efficient fleet of container vessels, providing comprehensive and reliable shipping services across the world.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize NVO business volume and profitability.
- Drive sales and contribute margin KPIs.
- Enhance customer experiences.
- Develop and manage key accounts strategically.
- Maintain accurate CRM data for analytics on business metrics.
- Promote e-commerce and digital solutions to align with digitalization strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in container shipping or freight forwarding.
- Proven sales, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
