The Job:
- Responsible for management of promoters of assigned products
- Payroll management, attendance, discipline, deployment and motivation of LG promoters.
- Act as gate keeper to disseminate directions & sales strategies to promoters as well as handles and gathers market intelligence information
- Develop strategic actionable plans and actions to achieve the assigned sell-out targets of assigned products.
- Conduct regular store visit and make improvement actions to enhance inhouse share of each stores.
- Participate in regular internal / external meetings and share sell-out insights to relevant stakeholders.
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or Retail Management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
