Role: Train Control Engineer
Location: Singapore
Responsibilities
- Manage design planning and achievement of design/verification reviews
- Deliver TC&IS engineering outputs and ensure compliance with commitments
- Manage interfaces with subsystems and ensure standardization
- Support industrial areas during assembly and commissioning/validation during testing
- Ensure proper management of cybersecurity requirements
- Functionally manage Train Control & IS resources
- Formulate design solutions and maximize reuse of design patterns
- Monitor and control work packages and ensure reporting activities
- Define applicable TCMS configuration with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical expertise
- Support stakeholders in understanding cybersecurity processes
- Responsible for transverse cybersecurity actions at project and management levels
Requirements
- Minimally 5 years of experience in Rolling stock functional engineer experiences on several train functions
- Hands-on electrical and schematic design activity.
- Work package and Team management experiences
- Hands-on experience in design & development of model based control systems using application tools - DCUTerm, Control Build, Matlab / Simulink, Matrix or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of network topologies and interfaces for Serial, Ethernet, MVB and other industrial communication network.
