- Prepare monthly and yearly management reports for analysis, forecast and budgeting by senior management.
- Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and manage accounts receivable ageing by ensuring outstanding receivables are settled on a timely basis, ensuring healthy cash flow position for the firm.
- Prepare corporate tax computation and relevant supporting schedules to ensure statutory tax compliance.
- Prepare full set of financial statements and underlying supporting schedules and reconciliations for financial audit.
- Handle queries from external auditors and ensure audited financial statements are completed and lodged on a timely basis.
- Preparation of quarterly GST submission.
- Manage payroll and recruitment
Qualifications and Requirement
- Min. LCCI in Accounting, Diploma in Accounting or Other Equivalent qualifications;
- At least 2 years of accounting related experience is required. Prior experience in a legal practice is a plus.
- Experience in using Tesseract (Accounting Software) and Infotech (Payroll System) would be an added advantage.
