Creative Campus is an innovative English Language Enrichment Centre catering to students from K1/K2 to ‘A’ Level/IB. We are looking for someone to fill a front desk/operations position, with the right attitude and commitment that we can groom to take on management responsibilities at one of our two locations. Responsibilities
- Front desk: Proactively manage enquiries from walk-in customers, via phone, WhatsApp and email, including follow-up.
- Promote and explain the Campus Advantage.
- Admin support: invoicing, class scheduling, word-processing, data entry, liaising with teachers, vendors, directors, etc.
Requirements
- A good diploma or higher; related work experience preferred but not a must
- Fresh grads welcome to apply
- Good English and communication ability, both written and spoken
- Effective spoken Mandarin skills for liaising with Mandarin speaking customers
- IT-proficient in MS Office, Google apps, Zoom, etc.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- A responsible team player and able to multitask
- Organised, independent, with good initiative and time management skills
- Willing to learn, serve and be committed to completing tasks in a timely manner
- Only Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs
