- Responsible for BIM 3D/4D/5D overall implementation plan according to company’s goal.
- To work with the BIM team to support & coordinate drawing/technical issue with projects.
- Monitor submission schedule & resolve clash with project team.
- Provide technical/costing support for tender development.
- Verify tagging and allocations are possible as per site conditions, prior to release of drawings.
- Implement BIM standard knowledge and setup into project.
- Develop Civil & Structural designs & drawing as per specification.
- Develop, coordinate and control BIM model & drawing information.
- Coordinate with main & sub-contractor on engineering issues.
- In charge of BIM funding application etc. (BIM) Create 3D model & prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality when it’s necessary.
Education / Qualifications:
- A degree in an Engineering or Diploma on Construction Building Services discipline would be advantageous
- Preferably on pharmaceutical, manufacturing, high rise building, commercial, data center, industrial plant projects.
