Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of quantity for tendering of subcontract packages including sourcing of subcontractors/suppliers
- Handle contract negotiation with subcontractors/suppliers and prepare Subcontract Agreement
- Handle cost monitoring, adherence to contract specifications and drawings
- Prepare payment certificates of subcontractors
- Evaluate and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreement with subcontractors
- Prepare variation orders and recouncile with the client's Quantity Surveyors in accordance to the contract agreement
- Prepare monthly progess claim to client and assist in preparation of cashflow forecast for submission to client
- Coordinate changes in plans with Design Team and review the potential variation claims to client
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying/ Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of local working experience in Construction Industry
- A good team player with good initiative and positive work attitude
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
