Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of promoters of assigned products in Singapore and responsibility includes (not limited to) payroll management, attendance, discipline, deployment and motivation
- Act as gate keeper to disseminate directions & sales strategies to promoters as well as handles and gathers market intelligence information
- Develop strategic actionable plans and actions to achieve the assigned sell-out targets of assigned products
- Conduct regular store visit and make improvement actions to enhance inhouse share of each stores
- Participate in regular internal / external meetings and share sell-out insights to relevant stakeholders
- Stay abreast on market dynamics, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights and trends to develop better sales and marketing strategies
- Responsible to regularly track, analyze, interpret campaign performance and make necessary reporting to discover insights for effective business decisions and strategies to enhance store & sales performance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail operations or consumer electronics industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in promoter management
- Strong analytical and data mining skills
- Able to work independently and excellent agility to work in a fast paced environment
