Job responsibilities:
- To perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations, including phone/email queries from clients
- To manage daily transport operational duties and ensure all activities are carry out within schedule
- To review schedule and routing when needed, in the most cost-efficient manner
- Take ownership and resolve any urgent or critical issues escalated by the Client or team
- Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure that the job runs smoothly.
- Handle vehicles inspections, customer's complaints and drivers problems when in need
- Work closely with Client to support investigation and service recovery process
- Incident and accident investigation and report writing when required.
- Regularly update and feedback to immediate supervisor / manager.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and management competencies
- Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills
- Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people
- Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
- Familiar with Singapore road and strategic planning for the driver's job
- Able to resolve driver's problem immediately
- Preferrably with working experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary Education/ Computer literate
