This role is a back-end administrative support to financial consultants, therefore no sales are involved.

Work location: Work-from-home or Newton (depending on allocation during interview)

Working hours: Flexible (Catered to your schedule – minimally 40 to 60 hours per month)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting consultants to provide great sales support for their own pool of clients & schedule in-person sessions for them.
  • Ensuring the client database is accurately updated so that different categories of clients can be identified more efficiently.
  • Support backend operations such as submission of business & reimbursement policy forms with great efficiency.
  • Writing an essay report on current financial trends (if required).

Requirements:

  • Candidates that are looking for a jumpstart to the Finance industry are welcome (no sales involved).
  • *Convertible to full-time direct sales if you have the passion for it
  • Min. A’ Level/Diploma with a local educational institute
