Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the air conditioning industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the air conditioning or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems and solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
