Job Description
The Marketing Executive develop, plan and execute marketing, advertising and promotion strategies for Benjamin Barker, a menswear retail brand.
- Develop the marketing calendar for all campaigns, promotions and advertising
- Develop, plan and execute tactical promotions
- Develop, plan and execute events that promote store visits
- Develop, plan and manage social media accounts
- Responsive to customer needs by taking care of the online community on social media and Google accounts
- Work closely with retail and merchandising team to understand the service, products and write effective copy and ensure that promotions are in sync and effective
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling visuals that supports marketing objectives
- Work with strategic partners and malls to craft partner promotions, leverage on database and media shout outs
- Identify and collaborate with PR and Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion
- Monthly performance reports to determine effectiveness of campaigns and recommendations on future steps
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good project management skills
- Vibrant, proactive and passionate about making a mark in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Sound understanding on the principles of marketing in the following areas:-
o Content Marketing
o Social Media Marketing
o Influencer Marketing
o Email Marketing
o Fashion Marketing
