Position: Executive - Business Development (Virtual Office & Coworking)
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business for our Virtual Office and Coworking solutions in the competitive Singapore market. This role requires a proactive individual with a knack for relationship building and a passion for participating in a thriving business community.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with legal consulting firms, chambers, government departments, resellers, and referral partners.
- Participate in networking groups, events, and leverage social media to build lead sources.
- Cold call and utilize electronic database mining to keep the target audience engaged with promotional materials.
Sales:
- Respond to email, phone, and in-person enquiries, qualify clients’ needs, and close deals.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and coordinate with the Operations team for client welcome and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on business development activities and sales results.
Client Account Servicing:
- Work with the Operations team to ensure client welfare during their tenancy.
- Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
Who are we looking for:
Experience Required:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to corporate networks.
- Strong background in telemarketing, sales, and business development desireable.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
Competencies:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and presentable disposition.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to drive marketing strategies.
- Proficient in objection handling, planning, organization, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
